Happy Hump day! I am getting back into the grove of eating right again, it has been really difficult especially when it comes to photographing what I ate. Most of the time I am busy with school and work, that’s when I am almost finish stuffing my face that I remember that I should photography what I ate. I did have a whole bag of popcorn, banana, two cuties, and two popsicles I forgot to photograph. I guess I am still in my snacking phase I hope I can get over it pretty soon.

Reminded me of a candy bar…

I am so addicted to these pancakes I swear they are the bomb.. One day I will eat them for breakfast lunch and dinner... I added vanilla yogurt on top :)

I wanted to eat the whole bag, but I didnt.. I was so happy to see sweet potato chips at the store with no salt added.. I think they are fried but they are oh so good.. It was nice to have a crunchy healthy snack besides carrots and celery 🙂

Today was a very busy day but I am making steps to a healthier me, I ate too many rice cakes and date today. I swear rice cakes are like crack you just need another hit… I am looking forward to the weekend hump days can be such a drag, but lets keep are goals in the right direction…
