It rained all day today and the sun played pick a boo all day, so the pictures I have are a result of that. Gosh being in school and trying to eat right takes some dedication I will tell you, because there are times when chips are calling my name but I go for the fruit instead. I did have peanut butter and three dates with my six rice cakes, I had sweet potato and boil egg for lunch. I also had chicken noodle soup, another boil egg, and sauteed spinach and garlic dinner. I am ready to take a break from studying tomorrow and I am back at it Sunday…

  1. Hang in there. I lost most of my weight when I was in undergrad and grad school. You just gotta stay in the zone and block all of the negative thinking out. Focus on getting your assignments done and the rest will take care of itself. You’re doing a great job…………>Healthy Journey!
