I know portion control but I have been having trouble with it lately, so this weekend and next week I am going to try to work on the amounts of food I eat. Since I have stated what I ate February I have notice that my portions are extremely huge on certain foods( oatmeal), that now it is time watch how much I eat instead of what I eat.
