Week 2 Tuesday Meals

What a day from all the studying, trying to eat healthy, workout, and photograph my food I guess I can say I am learning to manage time. This week I decided to lay off the yogurt, I’m lactose intolerant so I can’t have dairy. I started eating yogurt again and I was doing fine for a while, but lately I have been feeling sick. I don’t think it is the yogurt I will half to wait and see, but if I get any flare ups next week I am going to half to find a new snack to get me through the day. Today I did not have as many meals as I normally do I have been drinking a lot of coconut water so it has been keeping me full a little longer…
