Class let out early so I am able to post my meals not so late yay!! Tonight will be salmon, brown rice and kale last meal of the day(no pic)… I had oatmeal for my fourth meal it was one of the on the go packets.. I swear those little packets are a life saver 🙂
Chili(not can), One whole tomato on an 80 calorie tortilla wrap.. Da bomb!!
Can never go wrong with frozen Mango.. Just make sure you hide it in the back of the work freezer..
I ate a little bit more than I thought I was going to eat for the rest of the day, I had some popcorn, oatmeal, and a smoothie. I was starving and could not help myself I am happy it was low in calories so I have no guilt feelings for eating more than I thought I would. I am so happy for morning yoga I am really keeping up with it and I go to work feeling much better then I use to; I still struggle with working out but if I brush my teeth every morning, I can at least get a workout in everyday even if it’s just a brisk walk. Let me not ramble own about my work out issues and get to the food yum!
