I tell myself work on your portions work on your portions, but I cant help my self tomorrow is another day I am learning as I go the best thing I am feeling better about my new lifestyle…
We have finally gotten to week 3 in what I ate February, it is going by so fast and I am happy to let you know I have gotten my oatmeal portions just right.. I am no longer confused on oatmeal I am going to do a post about the calories in oatmeal and what it really adds up to… Now its time to get to the food for today:
Leftover dinner from yesterday, I added sweet potato to good..
Taste just like a peanut butter cup.. I ate the grapefruit 30 minutes later
The weekend is done and yes I did splurge but in just the right amount of portions. I did not eat anything friend but I had a homemade roast beef pizza that was to die for and I went to bed super late.. 🙂
