I am so happy to be going to work today I love a break but I like to be proactive during the day. I must admit I tried to keep up with my healthy habits but I slipped a few times (those darn chips) I don’t feel bad about it but I could have did a better job. I have decided that I would share my seven goals for the New Year; I will share one every day for the whole week.
My First Goal for the New Year is to Smile More Often: I see people with frowns that could use a smile so maybe if I give them a smile they will return the favor. I was once told by someone a lot older than me that just one smile can change your whole day. I hope it changes my whole year :).
