For the past two weeks I have been doing Interval training and I find it to be very difficult, but I notice a reduction in the cellulite I do have since I started; I know it can be very difficult but I am getting better every time I give it a go. I am so excited to eat oatmeal again and what could be better than a big bowl of chocolate granola to feel me up bright and early in the morning. Time is moving so fast and soon we will begin the New Year are you guys ready? What goals do you have in mind that you would love to accomplish in 2013? I will have my list ready to go as soon as it is done.
