Low Carb Hump Day

Today is the hump day on my carb cycle diet hooray!! This diet was much easier than I thought it would be and I think that is because I have a cold, so I have not had much of an appetite this week. I have been craving bread today I miss bread, I love bread, I need bread. The good thing about me lowering my carbs I get to eat more nuts and seeds, and nut butters. Here is my food intake for today I did eat sesame candy made with coconut sugar and a no or low carb cookie. However I still miss my bread 🙂

Low Carb Breakfast

This kept me full for a good three almost four hours I am defiantly eating this tomorrow 🙂

Low Carb Lunch

I added balsamic vinegar to my salad it gave it a sweet and tangy flavor..

Low Carb Dinner

Left over beef and vegetable soup with fried eggplant on top.. I could have ate all the eggplant it was good 🙂
