Banana Cinnamon Smoothie

Banana Cinnamon Smoothie I decided to bulk up my smoothies again with oatmeal to keep me full longer. My all fruit smoothies would leave me very hungry three hours later and with little to no concentration at work. When you are hungry you can be a very cranky person at work and I really do not want to be cranky it is not a good look for me; so bulking up is the way to go. I used 2 bananas ½ cup oatmeal 1 cup of almond milk and ½ table spoon of cinnamon.
