Good morning lovely readers, today I wanted a refreshing smoothie today is smoothie challenge day 12, and I wanted something sweet that would make my taste buds tingle. I used 2 bananas, 1 cup diced pineapple and mango, and one cup of hemp milk. I didn’t add any bulk to my smoothies I went on the lighter side today.
My planks are getting better every day and I am hoping to be at 60 seconds pretty soon. Does anyone love planks I am not a fan, but a strong core makes for better performance.
