Today Smoothie Challenge, Was a smoothie in a bowl I used two chop carrots, 1tbsp of flax seed, ½ cup of oatmeal, and one banana. I used my handy dandy food processor but lately I am thinking maybe I need a blender to get a creamier look… My smoothies in a bowl are looking more like a thick porridge. I also had a piece of toast and an egg for my breakfast. I am not getting enough calories so I am trying to get as much as I can in the morning..
