Smoothie Challenge: Day 2

Smoothie Challenge I am really looking at all the good things I can put in to my smoothies and boy oh boy the possibilities are endless. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and when you do not have time to eat, smoothies make a perfect breakfast. I am getting pretty good with adding more bright colors to my smoothies don’t you think so?
Today smoothie was a one banana, ½ cup of oatmeal, and 10oz carrot juice. It was about four big carrots I juiced last night save me much needed time in the morning. No sugar added and not needed it was very sweet…

  1. Yum! My hub bought me a small smoothie blender from GNC and it works great. I made black bean soup tonight using it to puree the canned black beans. On pinterest I have pinned many smoothies but have yet to try them…you’ve posted many and I should try them soon!

    • You would love them.. I use my food processor to make mine.. I would recommend adding oatmeal to keep you full all day…I tried my first one with just almond milk and fruits and I was starving until lunch time.. 🙂
