I decided to add more flax seeds to my diet I am obsessed with all the health benefits… The problem I was using whole flax seeds instead of ground flax seeds so I was not getting the full benefits. I added 1 tsp. to my oatmeal this morning since oatmeal can be paired with almost anything and the taste was not bad at all. I thought it was going to have a horrible taste but it didn’t. I am going to try to find more creative ways to add ground flax-seeds to my meals.
Does anyone else save glass jars and uses them to store foods??
I have so many jars I think its time to donate some…..
