My Favorite Breakfast of the Week

Over ripened banana add it with almond butter on whole wheat toast… Who would have thought something so simple could be so good. I can tell you that I was in heaven. I would half to say this is the best breakfast I have tasted in a very long time.
It was so sweet and bursting with flavor the only thing missing was cinnamon. I forgot to add cinnamon and just had a boil egg. I wish I had another spotty banana because I would have a second I am really hooked on this I will be obsessing over it all day long…

Today workout was pretty simple I did not work out the way I wanted to. It felt like a drag. I did 30 second plank, up down planks, and squats… For the last two Fridays I have not been in the sprit to workout…
I have no clue what has gotten in to me since its only happens on Friday. I really need to find some Friday motivation…

  1. You know I have been going through the work out decline as well! I don’t know what IS going on! Maybe the change of weather, seasons? Who knows, but its kinda annoying me. lol. I want to feel that upbeat rush of going to the gym! Once I get there it gets better. Maybe is just a time thing and it will pass.
