Warm Butter Smoothie

Hello Lovely Readers,
With the rain taking over my morning I really did not want to work out I felt it would be such a drag. Honestly all I really wanted to do was stay in the bed and sleep the day away; that was not going to happen, I got up and did my 15 minutes of interval training. I feel much better after deciding to work out. I know I am ready to start my day and it will be a good one. Next week I will start doing 16 minutes and every week after that I will go up a minute.

For my nut butter challenge today I decided to make an almond butter smoothie. I wanted a warm smoothie; after all it is raining and who would not like a nice warm smoothie on a rainy day. My warm butter smoothie consist of ½ cup cooked oatmeal, ½ cup raspberries, 1tbsp almond butter, 1 banana, and 1 cup of milk. Now I am ready to start the day.

Don’t forget about my poll I have. Which cake should I bake for the surprise going away party…
