Naturalista Bites Take # 1

Naturalista Bites I decided to try with almond butter with the bites I made today. I will try and post the recipe as soon as it’s perfect. They came out to moist again, I think I am adding to much sweetener including almond butter to the batter…They are to die for so delicious. I added cinnamon and it made me feel like fall was here; although the weather has not cool down at all (90 degrees and raining).
The reason why I called them bites is because I was going to cut them into bite size pieces. I was going to eat a piece of a bar all day for a snack to satisfy my cravings, but they were to moist and just crumbled. I am going to try again this weekend to see what I come up with I hope to get one perfect bite..

Nut butter Lunch

Today was an early day at work, so I decided to make my lunch at home. I had an old fashion peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I love this nut butter challenge it has got me eating more nuts and getting my calcium. Whole wheat organic bread, One tbsp of peanut butter, One tbsp of Jelly , Nectarine, and baked kettle chips..

I am coming up with a new treat I am still working on it… It has peanut butter in it, but I want to try it with almond butter and see the results. On Sunday it was to dry, and Monday it was to wet. We will see what I come up with today.. I have a poll up as well don’t forget to vote.. Which cake should I bake??

Warm Butter Smoothie

Hello Lovely Readers,
With the rain taking over my morning I really did not want to work out I felt it would be such a drag. Honestly all I really wanted to do was stay in the bed and sleep the day away; that was not going to happen, I got up and did my 15 minutes of interval training. I feel much better after deciding to work out. I know I am ready to start my day and it will be a good one. Next week I will start doing 16 minutes and every week after that I will go up a minute.

For my nut butter challenge today I decided to make an almond butter smoothie. I wanted a warm smoothie; after all it is raining and who would not like a nice warm smoothie on a rainy day. My warm butter smoothie consist of ½ cup cooked oatmeal, ½ cup raspberries, 1tbsp almond butter, 1 banana, and 1 cup of milk. Now I am ready to start the day.
